ESPI Pools designs and builds in-ground concrete pools for homeowners who care about quality, honest communication, and working directly with a hands-on builder.
Tell us a little about your backyard and we will personally follow up with you.
We focus on homeowners who plan to enjoy their backyard for years, not flip it next season. If you value solid construction, clean details, and direct access to the builder, ESPI Pools is a fit.
You work directly with a hands-on pool builder, not a commission salesman who disappears after the contract is signed.
We build in-ground concrete pools with proper steel, concrete, and plumbing practices so the shell is built for the long haul.
Sun shelves, benches, raised walls, water features, LED lighting, tile choices, and finish options that fit your style.
Real expectations about timing, permitting, and construction. We prefer clear conversation over sales talk.
How We Work
Every pool we build starts with an on-site visit at your home. We walk the property together, talk through how you want to use the pool, and look at layout, access, and long-term considerations.
We then design your pool in 3D using Pool Studio, allowing you to visualize the shape, features, and flow of the pool before construction begins. You see the design, ask questions, and make adjustments with clarity.
There’s no showroom and no sales handoff. You work directly with an experienced builder from planning through construction, so communication stays clear and expectations stay realistic.

A few common questions about new pool installation in South Florida.
Timing depends on permitting, inspections, weather, and access. It is better to allow several months from permit to finish so the shell and finishes are done correctly instead of rushed.
Yes. Our focus is in-ground concrete and shotcrete pools with quality structural work, tile, coping, and interior finishes. We do not install vinyl or fiberglass shells.
Yes. We look at how you plan to use the pool, the view from inside the house, sun exposure, and access, then shape a layout that fits the space and your budget.
The same person who discusses your project is involved when your yard is torn up, the shell is shot, and the finishes are installed. That kind of continuity is rare today, but it is how we prefer to work.
